I will start with the Market research first. A comprehensive market research will be done based on the PEST analysis which evaluates the potential, economic, social and technological feasibility of the product and condition in the foreign market.

Then it will be followed by checking the product potential in the market means whether this product has any demand in the market or not?

Then market entry scope can be analyzed, how this company can enter there, either by export or franchise or by Joint venture or partnership etc.

Based on the above initial checks and strategy, a comprehensive market plan like an advertisement, choosing of the outlets, shops and or online shops can be decided.
