1. I am a finance major in MBA from ISB Hyderabad. I had taken up foreign exchange as my major subject in finance stream. I was always attracted towards forex or currency research. After gained the theoretical concepts I also took internship in Sharekhan Securities as currency analyst trainee for two consecutive summer internship projects.

ISB is a world renowned institution and placements for the PGDMs are always extraordinary. I was very excited about completing my course with CGPA of 9.2 and just awaiting my final semester results. Placements at ISB happen 6 months prior to final exams however finance stream placements commence just few days from the final results. I sat in the placent process of almost all finance companies. With CGPA of 9.2 I was eligible for all companies with finance job offer but I would some how screw all those interviews in the final round either demanding a better CTC or a better profile which I knew the company would reject for a fresher like me. I wanted to get a job desperately after all a great placement would have been the fruit of all the hardships I took up to transform myself from a biotech graduate to a core finance student. I desired a good placement to prove to my father that I had made the best use of money that he spent on my expensive MBA course from ISB without any financial assistance.

"In this recession scenario where many companies are refusing to visit ISB campus in placement season, many students aren't even getting chance to appear for interviews and you are screwing back to back job interviews" said my best friend who was still waiting for an HR organisation to show on campus.

One point of time in life many of us realise I am just nit happy in how I am working or living. Reason being we compromise to the core hurting out desires and inturn just craving for satisfaction. I for once in my life was very clear and sorted out in the direction that I wanted a job in foreign exchange only and CTC, locations, lucrative benefits nothing mattered so much. I desired this job profile and I was willing to even try off campus if companies with such job profile do not show up. Finally I got my desired profile in a government bank which had just 1 vacancy in forex department. It is a matter of self desire as to what is more important just getting hired or advancing in one's discipline to finally settle the job profile you slogged 24×7 for. Each one to self settlement.

2. Legal right is my judicial guidelines or directions that I am supposed to adhere to. Ethical responsibilities are my guidelines for life and human values. Legal rights are conferred on us by the highest judiciary body of my nation but ethical responsibilities are upon as for being human and conducting myself in the society with human values uninterrupted.

Law or industry permits the use of cyanide for vitamin like drugs of Pfizer Pharma Ltd but that cyanide causes slow degeneration of pregnancy in women over the years by dissolving their uterine wall. Thus even though judiciary and USFDA permit me the usage of cyanide for my star vitamin pills I am ethically bound with human morality not to degenerate women some that may inturn have catastrophical consequences over the years.
