Answer #1

A shopper is a person who is looking for something to buy but do not have any specific product in mind. They are just looking at things to find something to buy. People who have purchasing power and roam in in the shops looking at things can be shoppers. A buyer is a person who purchases the product but might or might not use it. They do not have a particular brand in mind . They want a product and it can be any brand they purchase it. A consumer is a person who actually uses the product. They want only that product and have use with the product . Hence consumer utilises the product . We generally be shoppers who go looking around to find something to buy. We often become buyers but rarely become consumers.
