One of the main challenges faced by management in executing strategies is the application of resources. A resource can be labor, land or capital. In the case of labor, rewards and incentives help a lot in enhancing the performance of the laborers and hence increasing the ease of executing the strategies in turn. Non-monetary motivators like giving perquisites of food facilities or loan facilities at easy rates can definitely motivate the workers and these can be deployed by the managers effectively. These motivators are effective in terms of the fact that these motivators help the employees outside the office premises and motivate the employees to work harder to get more incentives and other non-monetary benefits.
