I see a lot of benefits to change management from environmental scanning of both the external and internal environments. The internal and external stakeholders have become a lot more understanding and adapted themselves to change management process and know that it is the need of the hour in order to have global presence and operate in an effective manner. Moreover there have been considerable reduction in red tapes and hindrances to change management process which result in efficieny improvement. Also there are a lot of improvement in internal processes and procedures of organizations which promote change management within the organizations and also motivate staff to participate in it.
