1. If I was a franchisee, the disadvantage which I would find most difficult to manage is that despite all the hard work, the business is not in my full control. Because of which I would have to work as per the guidelines of the brand.
2. The advantage which would be most important to me is the help with operations, training, and marketing from the franchisor. This is very important to run the business, and a small business owner it would have been difficult for me to manage it on my own.
