What are some great ways to train new employees on handling any kinds of business that may surface in the business workplace atmosphere? What are some other ways that you may find relevant than the current ones offered at your company? What are your thoughts on this one?

Ans: Training new employees can be done in the following ways:

(i) They should teach all the methods clearly and easily. Instructions should be in the easy language.
(ii) Lectures and tutorials should be given to them according to their work.
(iii) Some reading stuff should be given to new employees regarding their work.
(iv) Complete mentoring should be given to them.
(v) Feedback should be taken.

Services which should be given to the current workers are:
(i) They should be provided with a pleasant place to work.
(ii) Appreciation should be there.
(iii) Failures should not be punished.
(iv) Favoritism should be avoided.
(v) They should pay for what they are worth for.

My thoughts:
No matter employees are new one or the older one, they should be given respect as they give their quality time for your work. They should be awarded pay according to their hardworking
