I am talking about an online shopping site that really needs improvement as that is still not mobile phone friendly which makes navigation almost impossible when using an android. Its design is not clean and simple and is cluttered with images and copy that competes for attention.colours and contrast are also not that effective to attract viewer’s attention. It needs more functionality to process orders. The technology that the site uses is not appropriate as it doesn’t load quickly. There is a need for basic content management system in the site; the programmer may be able to add a piece of software to help the site edit it in a more user-friendly way.
