Answer 1:- In the United States, the main sources of law are mainly the constitution of the country and constitution of states, federal and states laws, case laws, common laws and various laws made for the administration

Answer 2:- If we look closely, laws have the foundation in the moral values of a society. The basic behaviors of human beings is depicted by these. In other words, the minimum standards for human behavior in any society are reflected by the laws.

While ethics are the moral codes which must be adhered by every person of the society. They both are quite helpful in making a society a more regulated one.

Answer 3:- The jurisdiction of the state courts are quite comprehensive and this includes the various cases including robberies, violations of traffic rules, breach of contracts, disputes among family. The cases which are against the United States cannot be heard by these courts along with the cases which include some certain federal laws

On the other hand, Federal courts are having its jurisdiction over the cases which are listed in the constitution and specifically mentioned by the Congress.
