Homework Answers

Answer #1

The three most important items you’d share with the Board of Directors are:

1. I would share previous period statistics of the organisation. This would contain the data about the revenue and profit made by the company in the previous period.

2. I would share with them the key performance indicators i.e. how well the organisation is performing in the current period. I would share how the company is reducing its costs and increasing its revenues.

3. I would share any other issue in the path of the organisation. This would make them prepared for any upcoming issue.
