The group level diagnosis helps to identify how communication flows, what the culture is and how each component is linked with overall design of organization. The output monitored in group level is work life quality, team effectiveness and performance. This helps to identify the alignment of these groups with the large group.
Individual level diagnosis helps the individual jobs. Each individual job has designed to achieve specific task that need to be performed through certain processes. The characteristics of individual working these jobs will be effective based on different factors like level of skill, education, experience etc. in individual diagnosis level individual needs and expectations are considered. Individual growth level is an important factor in learning and motivation when it comes to job fit. The individual level diagnosis is important to ensure right people are fitted to right job which increase productivity of organization. Individual diagnosis helps in creating opportunity for individual effectiveness, job satisfaction and personal development.
