The four important factors that play a significant role in the development of the strong public institutions are as below=

Track record and sustainability= This is the most important aspect of the public institutions. Their credibility, track record of the performance, and the manner in which these institutions are able to sustain themselves will decide how strong they can become in the future. If the institution has a very impressive track record of performance and results and it is able to sustain itself without any major support from the government, then the chances are quite high for this institution to be a strong one.

The policy of the government= This also plays a significant role. The state's policies and laws must be made in such a way that it supports the institution to carry its operations without any major interference from anyone including the government.

leadership= Leadership of the institution plays a major role in the strong image of the institution. There have been many examples where the public organization was very powerful under the leadership of a certain head but as soon as that person retired, the organization also lost its strength and wit

Strong social and cultural interests = The society or the culture can also play a major role in the development of the institution. With the support of the political parties, societies, public, an organization can be quite strong.

Example= FBI can be seen as an organization that is considered quite strong. It has all the laws and regulations in its favor. The government also does not interfere in its activities too much. The society and public also takes the pride of the FBI and the leadership of GFBI has always been quite strong and focused on the organizational strengths and professionalism
