What kinds of things do you thunk a company should adress in an email policy. (dont include uniform please). thanks

The common things which a company should include in their email policy are as follows:

1.Email ownership and privacy: This is the policy which refers to the email ownership to the company in which company can access it's employees email and employee cannot make any objection for it

2.Email misuse and abuse: it refers to the use of email only for official and ethical formal communication only.No jokes and other inappropriate contents to be shared through email.

3.Personal use of email: Email should not be used for personal communication and it's truly intended to used for formal and organizational communication only.

4. Security: it refers to the authentic use of email and should be secured with user password and which should often be changed. unauthorized use of e-mail by other employees which is not intended to be authentic person for the use of email,is strictly prohibited.
