Control systems are the core of any organization. There is hardly any organization that does not require a control system. Control systems can be less required for a small scale business with lower staff, however, even these businesses have to use one or the other type of control systems in their organization. Hence, the example of an organization that does not use any control systems is not justified because every organization in one or the other ways does make use of a certain control system to carry out their business operations effectively.

Without control systems the businesses will seize to operate and function because the control systems are the backbone of the organization and thus the smooth functioning of these control systems is extremely important for better performing organization. Hence, this is why organizations do use various types of control systems to make their business operations effective.
