Strategic business units are those subsidiary for cimpanies which are strategic in nature and work as independent business functions. For example, Google has Google Lens, You Tube, G-mail as key SBUs.

Conglomerate diversification is combination of multiple industries by same company. For example Tata Group has Tata steel, Tata Global Beverages, Tata Consumer Durable, Tata Starbucks, etc.
