1.Good service to customer play main role in every industry. Health care services are grabbing more customer satisfaction through their services.

Once a connection is made between patient and doctor, then patient will not go anywhere because due to mutual understanding between them make a bonding.

In every industry we always remember one sentence that, one customer add 100 customer and 100 add another 100.Now you can imagine customer service in health care organization.

2. when my family member goes to receiving health care service then i expect to be familiar with patients which ease both of them to understand the problem and treatment. Because it increases the efficiency of success in treatment early.
