1. It is very tough for him/her to make quick decisions as the participative person is used to discuss the problem with other people and this will take time.

2. Participative persons many of times get confused by the Unnessecarily trying to understand complex things.

3. Participative persons may end up sharing confidential information with other peoples.

4. Due to the fact that participative persons believe in listening to everyone them this sometimes leads to a situation in which the other people wouldn't respect them and also start taking them for granted.

5. They easily trust anyone.

6. Always try to create changes which not always worked out in their favor.
