How, in your opinion, should an American organizations approach cultural diversity issues?

• There exists wide cultural diversity in American organizations
• Employees of origin from Asia, Europe, Australia etc. work in different American organizations across whole USA
• In my opinion, American organizations should approach cultural diversity issues
• There can be many ways to  approach cultural diversity issues, like-
  • Build an inclusive environment where all employees from different cultural background can work in harmony
  • Remove discrimination at all levels to curb harrasments of foreign employees
  • Impart trainings to all employees to understand the importance of cultural benefits
  • The leadership should be empowered to take serious actions employees who discriminate based on caste, creed and colour
