1) Two behaviour that is no more relevant today are:

• Dressed semi formally unlike in the past where formal attire was mandatory. Today startups prefer semi formal to casual attire as the work environment has become casual and fun loving.
• Not carrying CV and certificates during the interview which was mandatory earlier. Today companies ask for digital copies of the same before the interview itself.
