Quality can be seen as the feature of the product or service that makes sure that the product is adhering to the stated standards or it is performing as claimed by the producer or manufacturer. The customers will look at the stated claims by the manufacturer and then compare the performance and adherence of the product features to the state specification and claims. If the product does not fulfill the stated specifications and performance standards, it will be termed as of poor quality.

So while deciding the quality of the product, the most important decision is to decide what level of performance or features of standards are to be maintained in the claims made by the producer so that the product can fulfill and satisfy the expectations of the customers.
