Allergen is a growing pharmaceutical company which has expanded its base different geographical territories. Some of the basic and discernible competencies which can be listed down, based on company’s internal asset could be as below-

  • Resources- Company has diverse resources with respect to employees and other operational requirement. As far as its employees are concerned, Allergen hires best of the talents in the world and it can boasts of having diverse employees across the world.
  • Capabilities- As a Pharmaceutical Company, Allergen’s business has increased quite significantly over the years. Its Q3 and Q4 profits of year 2017 speak a lot of volume of its business capabilities. Company has opened a lot of new offices in different part of world thereby making a strong footprint globally.

Its tangible assets are its strong workforce, its yearly growing revenues, product patents and good professional work environment.

Some of the intangible assets which can be considered for Allergen would its corporate social responsibility commitments, environmental friendly work policies and other public policies which keeps its market image and value quite positive and steady.
