Answer #1

Vitamin shoppee deals with health and wellness products. It focused on complementing in store experience with online products. It is a US natural products retailer and it has fallen to comparable store sales according to the report of the last quarter.

However the company states that it has focused on ‘reinvention strategy’. It has also taken into account development of new store strategy and important investment online.
There has been report according to the last three months which has gone down to 2.2 percent in the year 2016 according to the report by Jim Manson. The total net sales has gone to USD 304.9 million and it was also up to 3.9% over the same period.

There hasn't been significant progress when it comes to the reinvention strategy and there has been encouragement for the early results. There is need to focus on the growth initiatives and accelerated progress for the purpose of cost reduction and margin enhancement initiatives. According to watts there has been investment of 9 million US in last year and this was done to drive its reinvention strategy.
This hoped to stabilize the top and bottom line results. There has been focus for improvement of customer experience online and store.
