In every organization there should be a very good relationship amongest the fellow eployees and the seniors a well.As a supervisor there is additional responsibilities which a person has to handel in order to make the organization function well. The supervisor should have a right attitude towards his workers as without them his work cannot be completed. All the complaints , shortcomes and any pain of the worker should be heard by the supervisor . If there is any conflict between the co workers the supervisor should resolve it without any bias. The workers sholuld be made comfortable enough by the supervisor so that they can come easily to him/her to discuss there problems & also to give suggestions to them to improve the work. There is always a professional boundary which shoyuld be taken care of . There should be professionl behaviour. No personal aspects should be included in work. There should be a clear demarkation of work and personal space which should be taken care by the supervisor. It is very easy to determine these boundaries till you can differentiate between work and personal space. There should be a clear picture or a map to always remind you of the write & the wrong. All thge aspects should be professional and should be related to work.
