Norovirus has many types and individuals can get norovirus illness many times in their life and norovirus symptoms like vomiting and diarrhea and all age group can be affected by this virus.

Norovirus spread rapidly by surfaces, food, water and norovirus sometimes called stomach flu.

Working as a risk manager in a nursing home the two ethical consideration regarding communication plans for norovirus outbreak -

1) I will communicate the norovirus outbreak positions to management, communicate every nursing home employees, and per the permission communicate to the government authorities about norovirus.

2) Quickly work on communicating patients of nursing home about norovirus and how they can protect themselves through boosting immunity and take safe, clean, and good quality homemade food.
