Chairs- Chairs are for students to sit while attending lectures

College building- Infrastructure is necessary for a college.

Computers- Computers for students to use internet.

Tangible resources can be evaluated on the basis of numbers, monetry value, investment etc.

Some of intangible resources-

Education- Education is an intangible resource. It cannot be touched.

Knowledge- The knowledge obtained cannot be touched.

Goodwill- Sheridan college has a strong goodwill in Canada. It is one of the top colleges.

Relationships between professors, students and classmates- It also an intangible resource.

It is very hard to evaluate intangible resources. One of the way to evaluate goodwill is using past years profits to form an estimate of goodwill.
