As a change agent, I would prefer the Appreciative Inquiry model for organizational change.

The reason being, the AI model is a model that is based on strength and positive outlook towards shared visions and mission of the organizational goal. It focuses on leadership development not and organizational change as well. The focus of this model is to create a shared vision for the long run and engage others in strategic management. The organizations use the AI method of change model to deeply understand the best practices, develop strategic plans, shift culture, and create forward momentum on large-scale initiatives.
