  • Generally a health care is centrally air conditioned, sensors should be installed to detect the absence of human in an area and to switch off the air conditioning in that area
  • health care's floor is in aprocess of permanent cleaning, instead carpets should be used which often get dirty, thus saving janitorial cost
  • Sensors should be installed in washrooms to switch power off during absence of human
  • ERP or SAP should be used to integrate various departments of health care to decrease unnecessary costs
