Answer : be coordinated and integrated to satisfy a target market's needs

The 4 Ps of marketing - product, price, place and promotion, need to be coordinated and integrated. These marketing elements cannot be considered standalone. They needs to be thought out and planned in conjunction with each other. For example if a product is priced very highly and if it is promoted as a luxury product, it cannot be sold in shabby and unclean shop. Doing the same will not bring the customers from the desired target markets to the shop and will not lead to any sales. Hence the 4Ps need to be integrated and coordinated to satify the target market's needs.
