• At the end of month 4 we spent $70,000 per feature and completed the development of two new features.

Given: Total Projected Cost = $400,000

No. of features = 6 features

After 4 months, no. of features completed = 2 features

% of features completed = 2 *100 / 6 = 33.33

Hence, % complete = 33.33%

Earned Value = % complete * Total Projected Cost = 33.33% * 400,000 = $1,33,333.33

Earned Value = $1,33,333.33
