The three important HR metrics are:

Employee Happiness: The HR team will have to know if the employees are happy working for the company and if not how they are going change that.

Training efficiency: The employees will keep undergoing training in the organization and the team needs to know the efficiency of the training. This can be used to make sure that the employees are equipped with the required skills after the training.

Employee productivity index: This helps the team in estimating the productivity of the employees. Based on this analysis they can find ways to improve the productivity.
