Existing companies will enjoy an advantage in new-business creation only if they build on their strengths. Why so? Explain this with the case of Samsung Electronics.

Chnage and coniuity needs to get balanced and aligned each other inorder to make corporate entrepreneurship more sutainable and effective. Change is inevitable in all the filelds and it is all about improving or finding new opportunites according to the dynamics of market and adapt to the situation. This includes technology addition, value addition for customers, chaneg in corporate policies , expansion, diversification of business etc. At the same time continuity is about keeping the momentum of business alive without disturbing the existing harmony. Business coninuity talsk about contingency planning, creatng proper backup support and understanding the market conditions etc which avoids havocs and any other major challenges for the continuity of business, As per Kaizen ( continous improvement) a process or entre business needs to be an always on quality enhancement which includes improving the process continously which will get reflect on the quality of deliverables.

Exisiting business will give revenues and also more reach to the company. They build brand and recognition through years of effort and colloborative actions.
