Chnage and coniuity needs to get balanced and aligned each other inorder to make corporate entrepreneurship more sutainable and effective. Change is inevitable in all the filelds and it is all about improving or finding new opportunites according to the dynamics of market and adapt to the situation. This includes technology addition, value addition for customers, chaneg in corporate policies , expansion, diversification of business etc. At the same time continuity is about keeping the momentum of business alive without disturbing the existing harmony. Business coninuity talsk about contingency planning, creatng proper backup support and understanding the market conditions etc which avoids havocs and any other major challenges for the continuity of business, As per Kaizen ( continous improvement) a process or entre business needs to be an always on quality enhancement which includes improving the process continously which will get reflect on the quality of deliverables.

Exisiting business will give revenues and also more reach to the company. They build brand and recognition through years of effort and colloborative actions. Samsugn Electronics is a Korean based multinational company started in 1969. From their inception they keep on improving and accepting the changes they required. They have captured global market through continous change involvement and innovation.They were on component manufactruing and gradually built their capability to move on to full equipment or electronic good manufacturing ( consumer and industrial products).They have wide spectrum of products in their account which they developed through adding change and innovation on their right time. The continuity action plans guide the organisation to achieve what they are looking for and also helps in forecasting the spectrum of products and services they should aim for, Their major products includes mobile and smartphones, tablets, Semiconductors, LCD & LED panels, digital cinemas , printers etc. The major change they are focusing is on possible diversification of business so that they explore more market and build more customers on their market base.The continuity plans helps them to meet contingencies and also understand the possible threats from internal and external environment, Product and service quality, environmental concerns, sustainability plans all should align with change and continuity of their business structure.
