EXPLANATION:

When building a database, organizations must consider a simplified approach towards the things to keep in the database and a complex strategy to protect that data. Content, Access, Logical structure, and Physical organizationa are the most relevant and essential things to consider while designing a database.Content is the data that is stored in the database. An organization should clear their objective while storing data. It must clear that the data kept in the database are relevant and will be relevant in the future.

  • Content: Is the type of data that needs to be collected and the cost of collecting the data.
  • Access: Is whether the user can access or modify the contents, and when the data is authorized to be accessed by the user and which user is allowed to access the data.
  • Logical Structure: is the way of allocating the data so that it can be accessible to the user.
  • Physical Organization: is the location where data can reside physically.

Content refers to and at what costs the specific type of data to be obtained. Service defines which type of data will be made accessible to users and when. Logical structure is the manner in which data is structured in the database and is inherently user-friendly. The organizational organization specifies where the data will be stored physically
