Business strategy can be defined as a strategy which is forn by the top level management of organization which defines the organizational goal ,purpose of the organization, direction of the organization and also define the allocation of resources .

Every organization try to formulate there business strategy in such a way so that they can achieve their organizational goal effectively and efficiently.

Tactical strategy -Tactical plans usually describe the tactics of the organization which are made to use to achieve the objectives and objectives outlined in strategy plan .

Tactical plan plan play a very important role in linking the top level management with the lower level management

It's defines the responsibility and accountability of lower level management .

These plan are made for short period of time which is usually one year or less then one year .
