I would rather keep this dollar bill instead of returning or asking it about the local people around because anyone would make a false statement to claim it. Also, police don't keep such amount as well to return it back and often don't give back to the local citizens. Thus, I would rather wait for someone who would come looking at that place and if nobody arise for a while, I would keep it for myself because of my country's civil law system.

Yes, my answer would change as situation is different now. Now, I know where the money is coming from and work return the same dollar bill back to the bank because we can see the same explosion would have caused the bill to arise here.

I would return the wallet to the police station. This wallet would belong to someone and would probably come running to claim it. Thus, it is civil to either wait at that place or return the same to the police station.

If I would find the same wallet at the lobby of your law office that means it would belong to someone from the office as well. Thus, either I would return the same wallet to the resource allocator or the security staff to keep this in lost and found and make an announcement about the same.

Yes, it makes a lot difference if there is any identifying documents in the wallet. If there is any voter id or number, I would call the person to inform I found the wallet and could come pick it up from me or from the police station I am returning the same wallet to.

I would download the same movies because they are available at the world wide web platform which is open for all. If it is on the internet and it is accessible that means that everyone having access on it can download it if the same is not being protected by any copyright etc.
