Google: Company is one of the most successful technology driven company of the world.  Google Green is a major corporate effort from Google to use their resources efficiently and effectiveley support renewable power. In this process the recycling and turning off the lights does more for Google than lower costs.They have lot of projects which significantly reduce the cost of natural resource usage and also save those. Investments in these efforts have real-world effects on the bottom line.

Google also allow employees to take independent projects based on their interest on the area of social responsbility fulfilment. charity trust, sponsoring for child education and welfare schemes are very successful . Google grants is one of the donation program which provide adwords advertisement for the charitable organsations.This includes right of human being, animal rights, HIV etc,

Microsoft

The cmpany focus on major three pillars of CSR . They are empowering people, strengthening communities and protecting planet. The comany is partnering with telecommunications companies and through their Rural Airband Initiative to bring the necessary broadband connectivity to 2 million people in rural America by 2022, Services to the segment of non-profits worldwide as part of their focus on helping people get the skills and knowledge.

Privacy and data security awareness, human right campagins and enhacing accessibiluty, responsible sourcing projects are key strategies of Microsoft on their social responsbility side. Circular economy approach which reduces carbon emission ( through campaigns and product development which has less impact on carbon footrpints)., renewable energy procurement and reducing e-waste are other major area under focus for Microsoft.
