Companies are offering best and superior quality customer service to differentiate their customer service from their competitors. Comapnies are offering the best after sale service so that customers remain loyal to the companies products and do not easily switch over to competitors products. As a result customer demand for a company's products rises and generates more revenue.

Service differentiation can be effective way to differentiate a company and its brand from its competitors and they can be good strategic investments as they help to generate more revenue .
