I am about to start my graduation thesis, I need some interesting topics related to business Administration. Preferably something with Marketing, Human resource management or organizational behaivor. And how will be my method of research to accomplish?

· Market and Demand Analysis: In this you will be having topics like Situational analysis of Market, collections of secondary information like Government policies, costumer reviews, middleman reviews etc. Organizing market surveys and characterization of Market are also will be ingesting topics.

· Technical Analysis: Manufacturing process and technical arrangements in market.

· Financial estimates and Projections: Cost of projects, financing means, cost of production, working capital requirements.   

· Financial Modeling using project tools.

Preferred Topic for Human resource management:

· Hiring based on data analysis. Supposes, if workers are overloaded 20% for 1 month, then only go for new hiring. This will reduce the cost in form of wages payment for idle resources.

· New ways of rewards and recognitions.

· Best celebration practice of festivals in offices.

Preferred Topic for Organizational Behavior:

· Measurement of Organization Health index in every quarter of year. The measurement includes,

2. How are all in their roll clarity.

4. How our strategies are working.

5. What are the costumer reviews for us.

6. Do we have performance transparency in our organization.
