EXPLANATION:

I should prefer Lean because I've been responsible for deciding which structure for enhancing processes to apply in my job. Based on my former working experience, overprocessing was was waste, especially because it required so many approvals for a single paperwork, such as a simple vacation form. Over-processing all paperwork does not add value to the productivity or efficiency of every entity in the company, which would waste precious time for both management and staff instead.

If the Lean service system is implemented correctly, then the operation period will be short and the time a manager normally allocates to paperwork will be effectively saved. Records such as contracts and bids will pass through the director's table, however, forms like leaves or work in field, which can simply be carried out by the manager, do not require the director's signature in this situation. The records are categorized in accordance with their value and timetable.

Implementing the Deming process will help the company as a whole as it will review the management's everyday routine with its teams and individual employees. Upon reviewing the current cycle of internal processing, a strategy will be drawn up on the improvements that will help enhance internal processing, then we will do and implement incremental measures on a managed environment to test whether the outcomes are in line with our visioned objectives, and then finally we will act by enhancing the process, if any, and eventually standardizing it.
