A social media policy should be simple and easily understood by everyone in company. It should contains a summary providing easy steps that all emloemplo follow day to day social activities.

It should be align with company culture. If the company is more conservative, social media policy could be stricter, not exceed company culture. It should slwaal consider that company feels strongly about making clear what is acceptable what is not.
