Answer #1

Most business owners are not legal experts or attorneys. They may, therefore, be vulnerable to unethical activities or may enter into contracts that are not in the best interest to them or to the company. Every business owner will also obtain legal advice while in the sector to ensure that the corporation follows local law, regulations, and the contracts and business practices of the company in no way breach the regulations. The company will gain a good reputation in society by ensuring that this enforcement is accomplished, protects itself in unnecessary court proceedings and court conflicts, and ensures the smooth running of the business.

When attorneys are not pursued, the results may be drastic. For instance, in collaboration with his relative, one of my friends started a small business. My friend is not well versed in the legal conditions and therefore signed a contract that divides the company's income equally between both partners and places all the responsibility of damages or liabilities on my friend. His wife, unknown to my friend, was also carrying out criminal activities under their respectable small company. All that exploded when he caught his partner. While he had been charged on the basis that he did not carry out criminal acts, the damage suffered by the business of my father had been compensated completely by him due to his signed contract before the court.
