Answer #1

An economic prediction of a competitor is based on the competitor's future pay off, while a psychological prediction of a competitor is based on the competitor's past behavior

From an economical prespective,a prediction of com[etitor should be done based on the future pay off. Whats the futue monetary yield goiing to be. We may look at the current financial standings. but that doesnt guarentee any prospect if there are no future orders in hand.

From a psychological prespective, we evalkuate a competitor based on his past performance. Nothing better to compare than the proven history.
