Answer #1

To,
Human resource manager,
XYZ company
Dear sir,
I would like to request you that in order to perform at optimum level the work week must be reduced and the office must be functional for 5 days in a week as compared to 6 days which is presently applicable.
I believe that a 6 day work is very hectic and it is also extremely very stressful to work for six continuous days.
It is my sincere request to to reduce the working days to 5 days a week. I am very sure that you will see better results from all of the team members and the operational efficiency of the team will also increase.
Thanking you
ABC
