Steps to describe a process

Synopsis or Abstract ->

This part should contain the summarized description of your process.the paragraph should contain sentences which will throw a light to the process definition i.e. which process you are going to discuss.It also should contain the different strategy related to the process previously and what are you going to change and some overview of that

Introduction->

Introduction part should give brief overview of the process .It should give description to the process and it should contain the history of the process.You can add some technology adaptation you are going to implement for that.Process definition should be included in it. This part also includes the architecture of your process description that is how you are going to describe the process and the next steps.Also you can include your target audience for the process.

Description->

This is the main part of a description which includes both brief description and detailed description of your process.

In brief description part You can describe the location,purpose and other details like stake holders for the process etc.It also can include an brief overview containing of pictures ,slogans etc

Detailed description of a process contains a process flow chart with location/departments included.It also contain roles and responsibilities of each departments and concerned people for a process.Define step by step description of the process with some visuals. visuals have greater impact.

You can include graphs and analysis in this description part.What benefit the organization is going to get by adopting this process also should be highlighted.

Conclusion

Conclusion part summarizes your description of the process.Make the reader to walk through a whole cycle in this part.You can add some improvements that is going to happen in this process.
