Here are some global strategies used by McDonald’s

McDonald has a strategy of be Global think Local. It means that they change their product as per the taste of the country in which they are dealing in. For an example in country like India they do not offer beef. As people have India worship cows as their mother. Further they use potato in their offerings because Indian use potato in almost every fast food. Further the Petty they use is very small. In America they offer Bigger Petty. It is the gap between two breads/buns.

Local Management- the Company always hires locals not foreigners or any out of that demographic area. This is because locals understand the behavior of their group. Further employee’s issues are resolved.

Political Sensitivity. As I have discussed above the company amend their product as per the local culture so that the political disputes are resolved. I have stared the example of beef.

Environmental Friendliness- the Company also engaged in CSR activity to reduce food waste and carbon food prints. Further it has introduced some healthy stuff as well. This brings goodwill to the company.

System and Process Standardization- They have excellent system and process standardization. They offer quick delivery. It is their standard. There are many tastier makers of burger and other fast food but they cannot deliver as fast as McDonalds.

Pricing Strategy- They set their price as per the purchase capacity of the country. For an example in America they have higher rate bit In India they position itself as a affordable fast food products. Further change their strategy of pricing as per the local demand.

Growth Strategy=- They have three pillar for growth strategy.
