• If outsourced supply chain is not developed, then company has to suffer with poor quality raw materials

Manufacturing

• Often the staff of outsourced supply chain is non supportive
• To get a product manufactured, companies have to deploy their own employees to their site to oversee manufacturing

• Companies always have to push outsourced supply chain for efficient distribution
• As companies have little or less control over outsourced supply chain, hence this part becomes a bit tough
