- The corporate aim of the star bucks company which is it's mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit - One person, one cup & one neighbourhood at a time . Which in turn will benefit the company to enter it's more significant presence in the developing countries or economies.

- The objectives of the company are the set of values & ethics that helps the company to set its goals & aim effectively hence enabling itself to establish the Goodwill among it's employees and a strong bond between the company & its customers by inculcating the cultural values among its stakeholders.
