Answer #1

Project Procurement management is the process by which the required products and services are obtained and this can be done through a process of collaboration that is done with internal and external suppliers related with the project. Generally there are contracts regarding the supply of such goods or services and they need to be met at the time that is mentioned in the contract and there will be clause as well that will define the contract and make it more compliant.

The very first process in the project procurement management is Initiating and Planning and this is stage where the products or goods that needs to be imported from an outside source are determined and along with that the quality, quantity and timeline is of the products needed to be delivered are decided and the external organization needs to maintain such quality in their products or services.
