Classify the reasons behind project scope and describe the three items included in a project scope statements
Ans:- Project scope talks about resources which needs to allocated in adequate amount to complete a project. It mainly measures what needs to be allocated, what needs to be limited for a project to be successfully completed. It measures deadlines, cost, deliverable, golas etc. Thus the reason behind project scope is it's importance in completing the project.
There are three elements that needs to be included in a project scope statement:-
a). Boundaries of a project :- The include limitations of the project up to which project can be stretched in terms of manpower, cost, areas of expansion etc.
b). Delegation of responsibility :- It explains who should be taking part of which role to reduce the ambiguity in assignment.
c). Standard operating procedure of project :- This explains exact patch to do a work in best possible way which cost efficent, safe and optimized.
