  • Implent the marketing solutions
  • Finally evaluate the results of the implemented marketing strategy for any improovement is required in the marketing strategy.

(b)              Production agency: The production department plays a vital role. It is the primary agency which does planning & staggering of production as per requirements to meet the demands. Furhter, it controls the production on day-day basis to meet the requirements without detoriating the quality of the product.
