The greatest challenge is to instill a culture based upon values, respect for each-other, shared assumptions and strong ethos that bring unity among the employees. Once a strong culture is established, a teamwork is fostered with ease. To build a strong culture, there is a need to make employees understand different cultural background and develop tolerance regarding the different values and belief system. So, it becomes a greatest challenge for the managers to develop such understanding and create a balance among the employees.
